Skillet Cauliflower and Broccoli

  • 3tsp McHardy's Original Seasoning



Ready in:

  1. Place the broccoli, cauliflower, 2 oz. of the olive oil and the McHardy’s Original Seasoning into a mixing bowl and toss together to coat evenly.
  2. Place a cast iron skillet over a medium high heat then add the remaining olive oil and the sweet cream butter.
  3. When the butter is completely melted and stops bubbling in the skillet turn the heat up to almost high and add the seasoned cauliflower and broccoli.
  4. Without touching it let the cauliflower and broccoli cook until browned on the bottom then turn over and repeat.
  5. Remove from the skillet immediately and serve.
