- Place the broccoli, cauliflower, 2 oz. of the olive oil and the McHardy’s Original Seasoning into a mixing bowl and toss together to coat evenly.
- Place a cast iron skillet over a medium high heat then add the remaining olive oil and the sweet cream butter.
- When the butter is completely melted and stops bubbling in the skillet turn the heat up to almost high and add the seasoned cauliflower and broccoli.
- Without touching it let the cauliflower and broccoli cook until browned on the bottom then turn over and repeat.
- Remove from the skillet immediately and serve.
